for some reason the IR receiver module receives the data and inverts it, so it is necessary to invert it again with the stamp to get back to the original data. The module is receiving at 1200 baud, Inverted, 7 data bits, even parity. The IR LED is sending at 1200 baud, Non-inverted, 7 data bits, even parity.
